THE CAMP

OUR CAMP

Since 1975, Bay Area actors have gathered every Labor Day Weekend at this 200+ acre summer camp deep in the redwoods of Sonoma County, 60 miles north of San Francisco.

A large, long two-story building with wooden decks on both levels. It is next to redwood trees and a wide lawn.

THE LODGE

The lodge is a large hall next to a lawn where deer graze. Many of our activities take place in the lodge: workshops, rehearsals, show tunes around the piano, and of course our nightly shows. There are small rooms for rehearsals. The lodge is open 24 hours. It is a hub for McGucken Weekend.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area and the open bar occupy one end of the lodge. Between meals and shows, quiet times at the lodge are filled with games of dominoes and Scrabble, jigsaw puzzles, conversation, and meeting new friends.

An in-ground swimming pool for water volleyball, waist deep, with a net across it. A group of people play volleyball or sit on the edge of the pool.

THE POOL DECK

Relax at the pool deck featuring two swimming pools, including one designed for water volleyball. There is also a sport court featuring basketball hoops, horseshoes, and more!

The interior of a cabin. Clean, uncluttered, and spacious. Bare but for the bunks against the walls. Hardwood floors.

THE CABINS

Sleep in a shared, clean, modern cabin. Detached bathrooms feature individual hot showers.
